Return Policy

At Treendy Retail, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged product (with parcel opening video).
• You received a defective product due to manufacturing issues.
• You received the wrong item.

Note: We do not accept returns for change-of-mind, dislike, or incorrect ordering.

2. Conditions for Return Approval

For a return to be approved, the following must be provided:

• Mandatory parcel opening video showing the uncut seal.
• The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Products without a parcel opening video
• Customized or personalized products
• Items without original packaging or missing accessories

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us through email or WhatsApp with:

• Order number
• Parcel opening video
• Images of the issue (if required)

Once verified, we will arrange a pickup from your address. Pickup timelines may vary by location.

5. Replacement or Refund

After successful pickup and inspection, you may receive:

• A replacement product — if the same item is in stock.
• A refund — issued only if a replacement is not available.

Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

6. Customer Not Available During Pickup

If the courier attempts a pickup and no one is available, you must reschedule. Failure to cooperate with pickup attempts may result in cancellation of the return request.
