At Treendy Retail, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect and pack every product to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where an issue occurs, our replacement policy is designed to offer a smooth and transparent resolution.

Eligibility for Replacement

  • The product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Clear images or videos showing the issue must be provided for verification.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences.
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

Replacement Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order ID along with images or a short video of the issue.
  3. Our team will review the request within 24–48 working hours.
  4. Once approved, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • Replacement approval is subject to quality inspection.
  • In case the same product is unavailable, an alternative or store credit may be offered.
  • Delivery timelines for replacements may vary based on location.
