REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: 01-11-2025
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged or defective product received
• Missing items in the order
• Product not matching the description
A valid **parcel opening video** is mandatory to claim a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable for:
• Change of mind after delivery
• Physical damage caused by the customer
• Products without proper unboxing video
• Clearance or discounted items (non-returnable)
3. Refund Process
Once your claim is approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within **3–7 business days**.
4. COD Orders
Refunds for COD orders will be issued to the customer's bank account or UPI ID. Bank/UPI details must be shared clearly.
5. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider. You may also contact our support team for assistance.
6. How to Apply for a Refund
Please provide the following:
• Order ID
• Issue description
• Images/videos of the product
• Parcel opening video
