4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for most serviceable pin codes. However, additional verification may be required for high-value COD orders.

5. Payment Failures

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded by your bank within 2–5 business days.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect customers, suspicious or high-risk orders may be held for verification. If verification fails, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
