CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may cancel their order **before it is shipped**. To request cancellation, contact us immediately via Email or WhatsApp.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed. The order must be accepted at delivery.

3. Refusal at Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept the package during delivery, we reserve the right to:

• Restrict COD for future orders
• Deduct shipping charges from any eligible refund

4. Prepaid Order Cancellation

If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.

5. How to Cancel an Order

• Order number
• Registered mobile number
• Reason for cancellation
